Privacy Policy
Privacy commitment
We take privacy seriously and handle personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws. Even where a small business exemption may apply, we aim to follow good privacy practice because travel planning often requires sensitive and travel-critical information.

Why we collect and use personal information
We collect and use personal information to respond to enquiries, design itineraries, prepare quotes, make and manage bookings, communicate with Travellers, arrange hotels, transport, guides, attractions, restaurants and experiences, process payments, provide customer support, manage safety and emergency requirements, improve our website and services, send marketing communications where permitted, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, insurance and regulatory obligations.
Sensitive information
Some information you provide, such as health, mobility, allergy, dietary or accessibility information, may be sensitive. We collect this information only where it is reasonably necessary for your travel arrangements, safety or service delivery, or where you provide it to us and consent to us using it for that purpose.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. However, no online transmission or storage system is completely secure. We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including booking management, customer service, legal, tax, accounting, insurance and dispute resolution requirements.
